We’ll miss you, Brian
Our good friend, and friend of the Rendezvous, Brian Langley has ridden on from our world and we will miss him terribly. Our hearts and love are with Betsy, Brian’s beloved wife and pillion partner.
If you would like to honor Brian, the Brian Langley Memorial Fund supporting OCC has been established. Our reddogbmw will ride with us all!
Starting in 1999, every third weekend in September members of The Chain Gang - an F650 BMW motorcycle owners club - gathered at for The Jailbreak in the Clouds at Queen Wilhelmina State Park to "kick tires and tell lies."
At that first meeting, participants made a donation to help children in Polk County. The Rich Mountain Rendezvous has been doing it every year since then!
Our participants are not only generous but they are also talented and incredibly photogenic!
We’ve got a lot of memories to share of people who join us over and over with their smiles and big hearts. And motorcycles and jeeps and sidecar rigs and scooters and…you get the idea.
